Is designed for our members who need additional time and support from a professional fitness coach. Sessions are provided in a private setting and offer personal attention to individualized health and fitness needs. Whether it is kickboxing skills, weight lifting or cardiovascular focused exercises, Scorpion Fitness Center’s experienced fitness coaches are dedicated to maximizing our member’s results.
