KickFit class is a fun, fast paced workout involving bags, mitts, cardio and body weight exercises. It is a blend of kickboxing and modern fitness training methods. This fun workout uses kickboxing based training to help build fitness, aid fat loss and tone and strengthen the entire body. It is an interval based training that will get you fit and improve your overall health.
